Sometimes, having a conversation with a detached spectator makes questions more clear and gives company management inspiration. The strength of Dream Company as a conversation partner is in that we have frequent contact with companies of a very wide variety and thus have broad knowledge of business life as well as the surrounding, interconnected society.

During a conversation this broad knowledge is combined with the in-depth knowledge our clients have of their own specific line of business. Very frequently, our clients will be in the following situation:

Instead of focusing on how well things are moving along at present you will often pause to reflect on the entire horizon. Inquisitive, and perhaps just slightly uneasy, you start examining new concepts or new products.

 

• You know your own worth, you own accomplishments, yet also possess the humility required to realize there are spots on the map slightly unknown to you. You also have the self-knowledge needed to accommodate the views of others and therefore would like to discuss these areas with someone with a view from the outside.

Practical information

Typically, Sparring/Conversation will be just one or two meetings between corporate management and Rolf Jensen himself, each lasting two to three hours. Depending on your wishes this meeting/these meetings can be dealt with at your own company or at Dream Company Inc.
